The ten-day notice to comply or vacate is used when the tenant violates the terms of the lease.  Examples inlcude keeping pets or failure to pay utilities in violation of the lease terms.   An option to cure within ten days must be given.    A ten-day notice form may be downloaded for free from our Washington eviction forms page.
