I have my landlord *county agency* calling my states attorney and my public defender. The landlord is now telling me to move out in a week. I have court on Monday and I would like to know how I can get a gag order and do I have the right to get one?

A gag order is an order by the judge to the parties and attorneys prohibiting them from discussing the case in the media. This is usually done to prevent pre-trial prejudice and to prevent lawyers from trying the case in the press.
