I won a case in a rental dispute against my landlord. Within days her attorney had a lien in place against me, without informing me or my attorney. My attorney at that time has since moved away. Is there a way for me to remove this now?

You have to obtain the information about the lein. Get the info on when, where and why the lien was placed. Check your credit report. Contact your old attorney who may have your files in storage. The Bar association should be able to help you locate him/her.
