What kind of attorney handles Landlord/ Tenant situations?

What type of attorney handels Landlord /Tenant issues frequently that would have tons of experience with these types of situations.
PS.I did look in the yellow pages and nothing under Landlord/ Tenant Law.
I looked every where. Please no suggestions of where to look.

Each state has a State Bar Association, contact them and they will give you a few referrals.
Normally an eviction attorney handles landlord/tenant situations. You will find that some focus their practice exclusively on evictions, choose one like that because time is critical and you want to minimize as much financial loss as possible.
