No attorney is needed to file an eviction suit. Any corporate officer or authorized employee of the corporation or the registered agent can handle the filings.
Attorneys don’t evict, courts do. So to answer your questions, yes they can ASSUMING they know the laws, how to properly file motions and documents to the court. A landlord who has gone through the eviction process quite a few times might be able to pull it off, but generally not a good idea if you don’t know about the legal proceedings process.
No landlord ever needs a lawyer to file an eviction. Any legal representative of the corporation can act on their behalf & file the claim.
