I need an attorney or escrow office that can open a trust acct on a tenant relo.?

Author: I live in Woodland Hills, CA & I am a Landlord who has been ordered to pay relo fees to my non paying tenant. The money must be placed in a trust acct & this difficult tenant will not accept my attorney to hold the funds. Need someone reasonably close to Woodland Hills. Thank You

Your title company can open the escrow.
Email me why this happened, it is almost unheard of. Don’t post it here, other scum bag tenants might harass other poor landlords with where this creep pulled.
